Our main task every day is to find solutions to our clients’ capital needs. Given the broad mandate of this task, creativity is never frowned upon; in fact, it is rewarded. Typically, the best solutions come from very unique ideas.

As a result, often the most challenging aspect of the job is constantly keeping your mind open to new ideas. As the markets change rapidly, it is imperative that you stay in front of the curve in order to produce the best result for your client.

It’s very rewarding when you can help a company finance themselves when everyone else thought it would be extremely difficult or even impossible. I’m proud of myself and my team when we can do that.

Everything we do here is in a team environment. Whether it is a team of two or ten, decisions are always made with at least one other professional. This is very beneficial to a young professional, as you get to see how the most senior people at the firm think through difficult decisions.
