My work is quite team-oriented. Getting the input of various colleagues makes for a better work product and allows me to consider other angles and perspectives. In fact, I think the most interesting part of my job is having the opportunity to work with so many highly motivated people with diverse strengths and ways of approaching issues. It’s as if they took all the smart, intense, inquisitive and hardworking people I met in school, previous work experience and elsewhere, put them all in the same place and said work together to resolve these complex issues.

The most challenging part of my job is keeping all the balls in the air at once. There is always a lot happening, and it’s important to follow up and follow through every time. The most rewarding part is being a part of a network of Global Compliance colleagues working together with the same mission: to protect the reputation of the firm, manage risk and help to advance the business.
