I joined the Goldman Sachs technology new associate programmer analyst program straight out of college and also did my internship here the summer of 2003.

I came to know about Goldman Sachs through campus recruiting. It’s always been a dream of mine to work here, as it has the best reputation on the street. One appealing factor was that Goldman Sachs was reputed to truly value its people. After working here, I came to know that this is true.

My first few days at the firm were eye-opening. I was surprised by the amount of team dynamics involved here. All decisions are based on a team consensus. Team members are constantly pushing each other to strive to do their best.
