In the first half of 2008, the Center for Environmental Markets and Resources for the Future (RFF) convened half-day seminars to educate the business, investment and NGO communities about possible federal climate change legislation. Experts from RFF outlined the key features, environmental and economic impacts of different options, and senior Goldman Sachs leaders discussed the evolution of the global carbon markets and its implications for business.
